Helen is a very experienced TV presenter and host. Credits include ITV2, AOL, Fashion TV, Marks and Spencer's Style Shows, Harvey Nichols TV and live coverage of the NHS Change Day. Her quick wit means she has clocked up hundreds of hours of live TV, and is perhaps best known for anchoring SuperCasino on Channel Five for the past few years. Her warm personality and inquisitive nature mean she is great at interviewing and getting the best out of people.

Born and bred in Essex in the UK, she has strayed from the stereotype some what. With a BA Hons in Fashion Journalism, Helen is used to researching and writing scripts and still throughly enjoys writing too. Most recently Helen has put together a short documentary on the changing face of Soho which she wrote and produced herself.

Having worked as a model from the age of 21, she has modelled for brands such as Rigby and Peller, Alberta Ferretti, Vivienne Westwood, Gossard, House of Fraser, GHD, Trevor Sorbie, Wella and Nickie Clarke to name a few.

The love of her life is her small Italian Greyhound, Mr Womble! Helen is a keen horse rider and also loves yoga.

Helen is a TV host, actor, comedian and writer from London and is now based in LA. She has a wealth of experience and credits on both sides of the pond!

She has hosted for ITV, ITV2, Channel 5, Vogue, Fashion TV, Apple, The Tennis Channel, Navex Global, performed stand up at The Comedy Store, Hollywood Improv, The Ice House and Flappers in LA and been seen in Netflix movies and shows. She hosted her own show on Hoxton Radio and is the host and creator of acclaimed podcast, The Hollywood Reveal and Spiritual But Funny, coming in early 2026!

Born in Essex in the UK, she studied at the University of the Arts and has a BA Hons in Fashion Journalism, Helen is adept in researching and writing scripts and works with numerous lifestyle brands writing scripts for their content. She is also currently writing for some comedy projects.

Having worked as a model from the age of 21, she has modelled for brands such as Sony, Wella, Vivienne Westwood, Gossard, Rigby and Peller, Alberta Ferretti, House of Fraser, GHD, Trevor Sorbie and Nickie Clarke to name a few.

Helen is passionate about healthy living and spirituality. She is a huge animal lover and has a rescue pup & cat, Speedy Gonzales and Freeway! She is also a keen horse rider and yogi.
